For orders where the total value is less than the above amounts, different costs will apply for our SUSTAINABLE and EXPRESS shipping options. The options available to you will be displayed during the checkout process, after you’ve provided your shipping details. Please note that should you subsequently request a return, any shipping fees paid for your original order will be non-refundable.

Customs Duties & VAT

Unlike many other brands, we pay any customs duties, handling fees, and VAT, for deliveries outside the EU, meaning that the price of your order is the final price that you’ll pay, and you will NOT be stung with any extra hidden costs on delivery!

Returns & Refunds

Please note that unless we say otherwise:

THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS Fr.17.99 (OR EQUIVALENT) FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

In order to simplify the returns process to the greatest extent possible, our returns portal will allow you to generate a printable DHL shipping label for your return. The cost of your return will be subtracted from your refund, therefore no extra purchase is required. You will then need to simply affix the shipping label to the outside of your return package, and drop the package at a DHL Service Point.

Depending on where you’re located, your return may take a while to reach our warehouse in the Czech Republic (potentially up to 3 weeks), and especially if your return is coming from outside the EU and needs to clear Czech customs.

If you’re not satisfied with a product that you’ve purchased from us, or you’ve bought the wrong size, and provided that the product in question is in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. unused, undamaged, and still with all of its tags on), you may return such a product to us for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your order.

Dry cleaning & care

Merino Wool asks very little. Air this product overnight and give it a dry clean when it’s time, but not too often - that’s part of why it lasts.

What not to do

Please don’t wash this product either by hand or in a washing machine, because doing so may shrink the product or result in other unforeseen consequences. Unfortunately we cannot replace your product in such an event, since damage to your product caused by a failure to follow these instructions is not covered by our 2 year limited warranty.

Also, please don’t iron, tumble dry, wring dry by hand, dry near a heat source, or dry this product on a coat hanger.

We’ve calculated that the total carbon footprint of a single Retro Merino Sweater is 46.86kg of CO2, which in monetary terms is €0.52.

We also plant a tree in the tropics in Uganda with every single online and offline order, which supports reforestation and carbon sequestration.

We work on the assumption that every tree that we plant will live for 5 years and absorb 63.3kg of CO2 during that period.
