Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

In accordance with EU Directive (EU) 2023/2673, any EU-based customer (only) has a right to withdraw from their contract with MGG within 14 days of receiving their order, using the form provided (to do so, a customer must be returning all of their order, and not just part of it).

In practice, to “withdraw” from your contract means that you wish to return all the product(s) and be refunded, and to do so, please note that you will still need to visit our Returns & Refunds page to begin the returns process.

However, if you meet the requirements and wish to do so, you may still complete this form, but please note that the end result will be no different.
