Customs Duties & VAT

Unlike many other brands, we pay any customs duties, handling fees, and VAT, for deliveries outside the EU, meaning that the price of your order is the final price that you’ll pay, and you will NOT be stung with any extra hidden costs on delivery!

Returns & Refunds

Please note that unless we say otherwise:

THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS €17.99 (OR EQUIVALENT) FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

In order to simplify the returns process to the greatest extent possible, our returns portal will allow you to generate a printable DHL shipping label for your return. The cost of your return will be subtracted from your refund, therefore no extra purchase is required. You will then need to simply affix the shipping label to the outside of your return package, and drop the package at a DHL Service Point.

Depending on where you’re located, your return may take a while to reach our warehouse in the Czech Republic (potentially up to 3 weeks), and especially if your return is coming from outside the EU and needs to clear Czech customs.

If you’re not satisfied with a product that you’ve purchased from us, or you’ve bought the wrong size, and provided that the product in question is in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. unused, undamaged, and still with all of its tags on), you may return such a product to us for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your order.

This product may only be dry cleaned (delicate ℗ process dry cleaning only).

What not to do

Do not wash this product either by hand or in a washing machine, because doing so may shrink the product or result in other unforeseen consequences. Unfortunately we cannot replace your product in such an event, since damage to your product caused by a failure to follow these instructions is not covered by our 2 year limited warranty.

Do not iron, tumble dry, wring dry by hand, dry near a heat source, or dry this product on a coat hanger.

We’ve calculated that the total carbon footprint of a single Classic Merino Sweater is 66.85kg of CO2, which in monetary terms is €0.74.

We also plant a new tree in the tropics in Uganda with every single online and offline order, so as to ensure that every purchase that you make will always be 100% carbon neutral.

Our carbon offset calculations are based on the assumption that every tree that we plant will live for 5 years and absorb 63.3kg of CO2 during that period. In reality, we of course expect our trees to live much longer than this. Therefore, in the long term, our business operations and every purchase that you make won’t just be carbon neutral - they’ll become carbon positive!
