    COLOUR WARNING:

Our men’s Denali Insulated Pro Jacket 3.0 in Aqua Blue closely matches our men’s Valdez Pro Pants 2.0 in the same colour, although please be aware that because the technical fabrics used in both products are different, there is a slight colour discrepancy between the two. If this is likely to trouble you, we would recommend that you don’t try to create a single Aqua Blue colour outfit using these two products.

By comparison, there is a greater colour difference between our men’s Denali Insulated Pro Jacket 3.0 in Steel Grey and our men’s Valdez Pro Pants 3.0 in the same colour. Therefore, we would recommend that you do not try to create a single Steel Grey colour outfit using these two products.

  • Please note that the ‘Height’ measurements are recommended body equivalent sizes, whereas the ‘Chest’ and ‘Arm’ measurements are actual jacket dimensions.

Our Denali Insulated Pro Jacket 3.0 is REGULAR fit. If you want a LOOSER & LONGER fit, just choose one or two sizes larger than you usually would, depending on your preference:

    S: Chest 116cm - Arm 68cm - Height 157-167cm
    M: Chest 120cm - Arm 71cm - Height 165-175cm
    L: Chest 124cm - Arm 74cm - Height 173-183cm
    XL: Chest 128cm - Arm 77cm - Height 181-191cm
    XXL: Chest 132cm - Arm 79cm - Height 189-199cm+

    Ricardo is 185cm (6ft 1”) tall and wearing a size L

  • Dry cleaning & preservation of waterproofing

We strongly recommend that this product should be dry cleaned by a dry cleaner that offers a specialist (ski) outerwear dry cleaning service. This will ensure that the product both retains its waterproofing, and that its colours remain bright.

Alternatively, this product may be washed using a combination of Nikwax® Tech Wash and Nikwax® TX Direct Wash-In (or similar professional outerwear cleaning and waterproofing agents), which are available from many outdoor apparel retailers and online. Please carefully follow the instructions which come with these cleaning agents.

Please note that any damage to this product which occurs as a result of washing the product will be considered to be beyond our control and not covered by our 2 year limited warranty, and we will not replace the product or refund you for it in such an event.

    Drying

Dry this product on a clothes rack or clothes hanger.

    What not to do

Do not wash this product using everyday household detergents, since these will damage the waterproofing, and may cause other unforeseen issues. Do not iron or tumble dry this product because it will damage the insulation.

  • We’ve calculated that the total carbon footprint of a single Denali Insulated Pro Jacket 3.0 is 26.86kg of CO2, which in monetary terms is €0.30.

We also plant a new tree in the tropics in Uganda with every single online and offline order, so as to ensure that every purchase that you make will always be 100% carbon neutral.

Our carbon offset calculations are based on the assumption that every tree that we plant will live for 5 years and absorb 63.3kg of CO2 during that period. In reality, we of course expect our trees to live much longer than this. Therefore, in the long term, our business operations and every purchase that you make won’t just be carbon neutral - they’ll become carbon positive!

  • Shipping

Different shipping prices and options will apply depending on the total value of your order, and the country to which you intend to ship. The options available to you will be displayed during the checkout process, after you’ve provided your shipping details.

Please note that unlike many other brands, we pay any customs & handling fees for deliveries outside the EU, meaning that the price of your order is the final price that you’ll pay, and you won’t be stung with any extra hidden costs on delivery!

    Returns & Refunds

Please note that unless we tell you otherwise, the shipping costs for all returns will always be at your own expense. Our warehouse is located in the Czech Republic, which means that if you’re based outside the EU, the shipping costs for your return may be significant.

If you’re not satisfied with a product that you’ve purchased from us, or you’ve bought the wrong size, and provided that the product in question is in ‘as new’ condition (i.e. unused, undamaged, and still with all of its tags on), you may return such a product to us for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your order.

Knitwear never felt so good.

Crafted from 100% Merino CASHWOOL® by Zegna Baruffa, our luxurious knitwear is as shiny as silk and as soft as cashmere. This extra-fine, responsibly produced, Italian-spun yarn offers natural breathability, warmth, and an unmatched feel against the skin. Crucially, it’s also highly durable and built to last.

European quality, Swiss heritage.

Each piece is produced in Europe in small batches to maximise quality and minimise waste. Inspired by our Swiss roots, our designs blend elegance and precision with a relaxed, clean aesthetic. We only partner with responsible, ethical manufacturers who share our no-compromise approach to superior craftsmanship, fair wages, and low-impact production.

Radical transparency by design.

We believe in giving you the full story, from fleece to final stitch. That means clear details on materials, pricing, and environmental impact, so that you can shop with confidence. To offset every order’s carbon footprint, we plant one tree in the tropics in Uganda, which supports reforestation and carbon sequestration.
